(1) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this paragraph, for the purpose of making the designated labor force not involved in regular income earning participate in the social security scheme, the Government of Nepal may deposit the prescribed contribution into the fund in the name of such labor force.
(2) Based on the contribution collected by the Government of Nepal in accordance with sub-section (1), such labor force will participate in the designated social security scheme.
